How much does Intercom and Fin implementation cost?
A 2026 pricing guide for the UK and US.
A 2026 pricing guide for the UK and US.

Intercom and Fin implementation costs come in two parts: what you pay Intercom for the software, and what you pay a partner to design, build and test it. The SaaSy People publish our partner rates: from £995 per day in the UK and $1,295 per day in the US, with fixed-price options and ongoing optimisation from £49 / $79 per hour. We're Intercom's Solution Partner of the Year for our Fin delivery.
This page breaks down both sides of the cost, what pushes a project up or down, and what a good quote should include.
Intercom bills its software directly, separately from any partner. Here's how its published pricing works.
Fin AI Agent. Fin is priced at $0.99 per outcome, with a minimum of 50 outcomes a month on the Fin AI Agent plan.
Fin on another helpdesk. If you run Fin on Zendesk, Salesforce, HubSpot or Freshdesk, the price per outcome is the same, minimum commitments apply, and there are no extra seat costs for your teammates.
Intercom helpdesk. If you use Intercom as your helpdesk too, seats start from $29 per helpdesk seat per month, across the Essential, Advanced and Expert plans.
No setup fees from Fin. Fin's published pricing has no setup, integration or platform fees. Intercom sets and changes its own prices, so check fin.ai/pricing for the latest.

Two Fin projects can look similar on paper and cost very different amounts. These are the factors that make the difference.
Channels and brands. Fin on one email channel is a smaller job than Fin across chat, email, WhatsApp and social for several brands.
Migration. Moving from another helpdesk to Intercom adds data mapping, testing and agent retraining.
Integrations and data. Every system Fin reads from or acts in, such as billing, orders or your CRM, needs designing, building and testing.
Content quality. Fin answers from your help centre. If that content is thin or out of date, it needs work before Fin can resolve much.
Languages. Each language Fin supports needs its own content check and testing.
Hand-off complexity. A single escalation route is quick. Routing by topic, customer tier and sentiment to several teams takes longer to design and test.

Partners price their own work in one of three ways: a day rate for discovery and flexible scope, a fixed-price project for a defined rollout, or a retainer for optimisation after go-live.
For transparency, The SaaSy People's rates start from £995 per day in the UK and $1,295 per day in the US for Intercom and Fin expert services, and from £49 / $79 per hour for ongoing optimisation. Every quote includes project management as its own line, and every Fin project includes a four-week hypercare period after go-live, so you can see exactly what you're paying for.
Partner fees depend on scope. The SaaSy People charge from £995 per day in the UK and $1,295 per day in the US for Intercom and Fin expert services, with fixed-price options, and ongoing optimisation from £49 / $79 per hour. Intercom's own licences are billed separately by Intercom, with helpdesk seats from $29 per seat per month.
You pay for two things: the partner's fee to design, configure and test Fin, and Fin's own usage charge. Our Fin expert services start from £995 per day in the UK and $1,295 per day in the US, with fixed-price options. Fin itself is priced by Intercom at $0.99 per outcome, with a monthly minimum.
Fin's published pricing says there are no setup, integration or platform fees. Partner fees for designing, configuring and testing Fin are separate, and we give you a fixed quote before work starts.
Fin's published price per outcome is the same on other helpdesks, and minimum commitments apply. Partner effort varies more by helpdesk, because each one has its own triggers, automations or workflows that Fin needs to fit around.
The number of channels and brands, whether you're migrating from another helpdesk, how many integrations and data connections Fin needs, the state of your help centre content, the languages you support and how complex your hand-off rules are.
Yes. Every Fin project includes a four-week hypercare period after go-live. After that, you can move to ongoing optimisation from £49 / $79 per hour, or run Fin in-house.
