FAQ's
Which SaaS platforms does The SaaSy People implement and optimise?
We're certified partners across the platforms SaaS and B2B businesses rely on most: monday.com (Platinum Partner and Partner of the Year 2026), Intercom (Solution Partner of the Year 2026), Fin AI (including Fin for Salesforce, Fin for Zendesk and Fin for Freshdesk), Zendesk (Advanced Partner), and Vonage. We deliver implementations, migrations, health checks, optimisations and ongoing managed services on all of them, in the UK and US.
What's the difference between an implementation and an optimisation?
An implementation is a fresh build or a migration onto a new platform, covering discovery, configuration, integrations, automations, data migration, training and hypercare. An optimisation is applied to a platform you're already running: we audit your current setup, identify gaps and quick wins, then rebuild the areas holding you back, whether that's automations, routing, reporting, AI configuration, or workflow architecture. Most customers start with an optimisation before scaling into wider projects.
How much do Expert Services cost?
Our certified consultant day rate starts at £995/day for UK customers and $1,295/day for US customers, scoped into fixed-price Statements of Work so you know the total cost before we start. Ongoing managed services (retained hours for changes, admin, updates and small builds) start at £49/hour for UK customers and $65/hour for US customers. Every SOW includes hypercare at 20% of total project hours over a 4-week window and priced project management, so nothing hidden gets added later.
Do you work with UK and US-based companies?
Yes. Our UK offices in Birmingham, Reading and Stockport and our US office in Austin, Texas deliver Expert Services across monday.com, Intercom, Fin AI, Zendesk and Vonage. US customers get local time-zone coverage from a US-based team, backed by the same ISO 27001:2022 certified processes, security posture and delivery methodology as our UK engagements.
How quickly can you start on a project?
Typical kick-off is 1-2 weeks from signed Statement of Work, depending on scope. Discovery calls happen within 48 hours of enquiry, a scoped proposal follows within a further 48 hours, and once signed we move straight into project setup. Smaller pieces of work (a targeted optimisation, a health check, or a specific automation build) can often start the same week.
