1. Promoter
The promoter is The SaaSy People Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. These terms apply to all entrants, including those outside the United Kingdom.
2. Eligibility
2.1 Open to entrants aged 18 or over.
2.2 Employees of The SaaSy People, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible.
2.3 Entrants must confirm that accepting a prize is permitted under their employer's gifts and hospitality policy. Public sector employees and those subject to procurement restrictions should check before claiming. We may decline to award a prize where acceptance would be inappropriate.
2.4 No purchase necessary. Cards are distributed free of charge.
3. Promotion period
3.1 The promotion runs from 1st October 2026 to 31st December 2026.
3.2 All claims must be received by 31st December 2026. Claims received after this date will not be honoured.
4. Prizes
4.1 The prize pool is: 80 x SaaSy Sue plush, 20 x £20 / $20 Amazon voucher, 15 x £1,000 / $1,000 off a project, 15 x free Health Check.
4.2 Currency awarded is based on the entrant's billing location. UK entrants receive GBP, US entrants receive USD.
4.3 Prizes are non-transferable. There is no cash alternative.
4.4 We reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize becomes unavailable.
4.5 Prizes are subject to availability. Once the allocation for a prize is exhausted, we may offer an alternative of equivalent value.
5. Amazon vouchers
Amazon is not a sponsor of this promotion. Amazon vouchers are subject to Amazon's own terms and conditions, available at amazon.co.uk or amazon.com.
6. £1,000 / $1,000 project discount
6.1 Redeemable against a new Expert Services engagement with a minimum order of 2 days.
6.2 Must be redeemed against a Statement of Work signed by 31st December 2027.
6.3 Cannot be applied to existing contracts, managed services retainers, software licences or third party costs.
6.4 Cannot be combined with any other discount, promotion or partner-funded offer.
6.5 One discount per company, not per individual.
7. Free Health Check
7.1 Covers a review of your momnday.com or Intercom/Fin setup, delivered remotely, with written findings.
7.2 Scope is up to 7 hours of consultant time.
7.3 Must be booked by 31st December 2027.
7.4 One Health Check per company.
8. Claiming a prize
8.1 To claim, email a clear photograph of your scratched card to [email protected].
8.2 The photograph must show the entire card, including the revealed message, and must be unedited.
8.3 Include your full name, company name, email address and contact number.
8.4 We will acknowledge claims within 10 working days and arrange delivery or redemption of the prize.
8.5 We may ask you to produce the physical card before releasing a prize. Retain your card until your prize has been fulfilled.
8.6 Cards that are damaged, defaced, altered, photocopied, forged, illegible or tampered with are void.
8.7 One prize per person. Where multiple claims are submitted by the same person or company, we will honour the highest value claim only.
9. General
9.1 Our decision on all matters relating to this promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9.2 We reserve the right to withdraw, amend or suspend the promotion where circumstances make this unavoidable.
9.3 Entrants are responsible for any tax liability arising from a prize.
9.4 By claiming a prize you agree that we may contact you about our services. You can opt out at any time.
10. Data protection
10.1 We process the personal data you provide when claiming solely to verify and fulfil your prize, and to contact you about our services where you have agreed.
10.2 Card photographs and claim details are retained for 12 months and then deleted.

11. Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising from or connected with this promotion are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. This applies to all entrants regardless of location.
